You get 360 litres of frozen capacity inside the curved glass top, four wire baskets sitting ready for stock, and a 1260mm width that fits into most service areas without forcing you to redraw the layout. The grip handle is easy to use through a pair of work gloves, the lock and key keep the stock safe overnight, and the four castors with two brakes let you place the freezer where the customer's eye lines actually land. R290a refrigerant runs the chill on around 2.1 kilowatt hours over 24 hours, the cabinet holds anywhere from -18 to -25 degrees, and the mechanical controller is simple enough for any team member to keep right.
