We Get It There. Properly.

Every order is handled by our specialist delivery team. These aren't general couriers throwing boxes around. They know what they're carrying, and they treat it with extreme care.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard delivery is free for anywhere on the UK Mainland, and we aim to get your order to you within 3 to 7 working days, between 08:00 and 18:00. But additional delivery charges may apply if your postcode starts with AB, DD, DG, FA, IV, KA, KW, LD, LL, ML, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ, or KY. If you're not sure whether that affects you, just call us before you order, and we'll give you a straight answer to remove any kind of hesitation.

Need It Faster?

If you need your equipment urgently, we offer next working day and timed delivery for mainland UK. It’s important to note that if you order before 12:00 PM, it will be dispatched the same day. But orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next day. Additional charges apply for the faster service, but if it's urgent, give us a call, and we'll work out the best option for you.

One Thing You Must Do When It Arrives

Leave the unit unplugged for the first 6 hours after delivery. The compressor oil needs time to settle after transit, and skipping this step can cause damage that won't be covered under warranty. So don’t forget the 6-hour rule.
