Koolmax Group was built on a simple idea: to serve businesses across the UK that needed a refrigeration supplier that could do more than drop equipment at the door and disappear. They needed someone who understood their operation, could specify the right equipment for their space, install it properly, and be reachable when something needed attention six months down the line. That is what we set out to be in Bolton over 14 years ago, and it is exactly what we still are today.
We manufacture our own Koolmax range and work directly with Arneg, Scancool, and J & E Hall, the most respected names in commercial refrigeration. That combination gives us a product portfolio that covers every commercial need, from individual display units and bar fridges to full cold room builds, remote multidecks, catering equipment, and complete shopfitting projects. Whatever the scale of the job, it gets handled under one roof by people who have done it hundreds of times before.
The manufacturing side of the business changes the after-sales experience in a way that matters. When a unit needs a part, we are not chasing a supplier in another country or telling you to wait three weeks. We know the equipment because we built it, and that knowledge translates directly into faster resolutions and less disruption to your business when something needs fixing.
