The whole cabinet is finished in black, so instead of blending in with the wall behind it, it frames the food like a picture, which is exactly what you want when the product inside is the thing selling your counter. You get 1.56 square metres of showcase area behind clear glass, lit from within by LEDs, with ventilated cooling holding a steady +4 to +12°C across the full display. That wider temperature band is set for the kind of food customers grab on their way through, wrapped sandwiches, drinks, packaged desserts, rather than raw produce that needs to sit much colder.
