Base 600 Electric Pasta Cooker

Meeting the high demand for pasta orders in a small kitchen becomes difficult when there is barely enough space for the equipment you already have. You need something that can handle the pasta rush without suffocating the little kitchen space you have. The Combisteel Base 600 Electric Pasta Cooker was designed to solve that problem by fitting comfortably in your kitchen without occupying the precious floor space of your kitchen. You don’t need to make any floor space for this unit, as it sits calmly on your workbench, covering minimal space. Regardless of its small footprint, it still holds a capacity of 10 litres and comes with 4 baskets so that multiple pasta orders can be easily handled at once in one session. This unit has an electrical power output of 6kW, which keeps the water at boiling temperature steadily even when pasta batches go in and out without a break. Its compact body is also very tough and durable because it’s made up of stainless-steel. The stainless steel build also makes it very easy to clean during the breaks or when the day ends. The controls are simple enough that any team member can start using it right away without training. All you need to do is connect to a standard 400V electrical supply and start operating it the day it arrives without a complex installation process.
