Induction Wok Cooking Top

The quality of wok-style cooking depends entirely on that fierce, instant kiss of heat that scorches and awakens the ingredients before they can soften or produce steam. You can’t do wok-style cooking using gentle heat, which is why using the wrong equipment can change the whole character of the dish. The Combisteel Induction Wok Cooking Top gives you the fierce, instant heat you need to keep wok cooking fast, hot, and full of flavour. It can deliver up to 3500kW of power, which can be easily adjusted through a press-button digital control system. That power output is strong enough to give wok cooking the fast, responsive heat it actually needs. Regardless of its high-power output, this electric wok hob runs on a standard 230V electricity socket, which makes it a highly energy efficient equipment. This wok hob has a very small footprint, which gives you the luxury of placing it anywhere you want on your counter or workbench. It’s also very lightweight (6Kg), which allows you to carry, move, and reposition it easily whenever you need to adjust your counter layout. Even though it has a very small footprint and little weight, it’s highly durable and built to handle the demands of a busy commercial kitchen.

With this equipment, you get the speed and the contact heat that lets the food cook properly instead of stewing. A cooking top that finally respects the way wok cooking is meant to work.
