Base 900 Gas Pasta Cooker Twin Tank

If pasta is the best-selling menu item in your business, you understand how important it is to have a dedicated pasta cooker that takes care of your pasta orders, no matter how stacked the orders are. The Combisteel Base 900 Gas Pasta Cooker Twin Tank was designed to give busy kitchens the capacity and flexibility to keep up when pasta orders start piling in. instead of a single tank, it gives you two tanks each of 24 litres capacity. With two separate tanks working at once, your team can handle different pasta orders simultaneously when service gets busy. Also, each tank has its own burner, giving you the flexibility to cook different pasta orders at the same time at different temperatures without one affecting the other. It comes with ten baskets, two larger baskets and eight smaller ones, so your team can handle everything from individual portions to larger pasta orders without mixing different orders. The 18kW gas output brings water back to the boiling temperature quickly after a basket goes in, so the next order never has to wait for the water to catch up. Its freestanding stainless-steel body is built to stand up to daily commercial punishment and leaves your team with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface when the rush is finally over. With two independently controlled tanks, ten baskets and 18kW of gas power, you can easily manage the increasing pasta orders without turning your cooking line into a bottleneck.
