Base 900 Gas Pasta Cooker

When a small pasta cooker has to take care of your whole pasta menu items you can't risk your service with a weak one. By a weak one, we mean a pasta cooker that struggles to maintain its boiling temperature, cannot handle multiple portions at once, and leaves your team waiting for the water to recover between orders. That's how a pasta cooker can put your customers' patience to the test, leave them waiting longer for their food, and turn a dish they came back for into a disappointing experience. The Combisteel Base 900 Gas Pasta Cooker was designed to give your team the capacity and power to handle multiple pasta orders at once, even when the rush is at its peak. It comes with 5 baskets, one larger basket for the bigger batches and four small ones for smaller individual orders, so several dishes can cook side by side instead of queuing up. Its 12kW gas burner recovers boiling temperature fast after each basket goes in, so the water stays consistently ready no matter how often it's used. The freestanding stainless steel body stands at full working height, built to handle the daily wear of a busy commercial kitchen without losing stability. It connects directly to your gas supply and is ready to start cooking the day it arrives.
