Base 900 Gas Boiling Pan 250L Direct Heat

When your customers are waiting and you need to bring your stock, sauce, or water to a boil as fast as possible, relying on a slow-heating pan can be a disaster. The customer may get angry or even leave out of frustration. To ensure that never happens, you need a boiling pan that fires up the boiling conditions in no time. The Combisteel Base 900 Gas Boiling Pan 250L Direct Heat was designed to do that job without any delays. Its high-power output of 30kW provides direct heat to the pan, which takes your liquid to the boiling temperature quickly. That speed matters most for high-volume tasks like stock reduction, bulk blanching, or large batch boiling, where getting to temperature fast is more important than gentle simmering. The entire body of this boiling pan unit is made of stainless steel, which makes this freestanding unit ready for the harsh conditions of a commercial kitchen. With the dimensions of 1200mm × 900mm× 900mm, this equipment gives you a generous volume of 250 litres without a bigger footprint. So, if you need a boiling pan that runs on gas and lets you move at the speed the kitchen actually needs, without the usual frustration of lagging equipment, this is the one to go for.
