Base 700 Bain-Marie | Tabletop

When you need to keep two cooked dishes warm and fresh at the same time, your current bain-marie setup has only one pan; that's your sign to upgrade to a bain-marie that gives you room to hold multiple dishes at once. The Combisteel Base 700 Electric Bain-Marie was designed to solve that capacity issue. Instead of one, it gives you two pans; one is GN 1/2, and the other is GN 2/3, which allows you to hold two dishes at the same secure temperature side by side. Because of its tabletop design, this bain-marie unit doesn't need dedicated floor space and sits directly on your worktop. So unlike larger freestanding units, you don't have to change your entire kitchen layout to gain the extra capacity your service demands. This tabletop unit works on electricity, keeps your dishes warm, and prevents any food safety violations by drawing only 1.5 kW of power. You can see its power-saving attribute on your energy bills directly. The stainless-steel body gives this tabletop bain-marie the professional appearance and the strength that equipment needs to dominate in busy commercial conditions. Also, due to its smooth surface finish, you can clean it effortlessly in a matter of minutes when the day ends. When it arrives, connect it to a standard 230V supply socket, and it's ready to hold food safely the moment it's plugged in.
